  • As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be running creative and profitable projects across a range of accounts. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, using your knowledge and experience to add real value and drive positive results.

    You’ve got a knack for connecting with people at all levels, and you know how to keep financials in check with solid project management at the heart of everything you do. A real self-starter, you’re always pushing yourself to find new and exciting opportunities, constantly striving to break new ground.



    Core Roles. What you need to do.

    • Oversee day-to-day management of client projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

    • Engage with clients to understand briefs, offering valuable insights and ensuring the right information is gathered.

    • Write impactful creative briefs, consulting relevant stakeholders to ensure quality.

    • Confidently brief internal teams, reviewing their work and supporting rationale development for client presentations.

    • Drive profitability by developing effective estimates, forecasting, and contributing to revenue growth.

    • Ensure adherence to finance processes, including reconciliation, forecasting, invoicing, and monthly reporting.

    • Build strong relationships across the Studio to ensure seamless project delivery.

    • Use experience to enhance agency processes and support team members in mastering them.

    • Maintain attention to detail by reviewing creative work and proofreading copy effectively.

    Key Competencies. What you need to have.

    • 6+ years within a fast-paced agency environment.

    • Understanding of delivering full marketing brand and product campaigns, across multi channels.

    • Passion for sectors such as Health & Wellbeing, Fitness and FMCG.

    • Line management experience.

    Strong communication’s a must to get your ideas across clearly, and you’ll be bringing your A-game when it comes to design and visualisation, crafting and presenting solid creative decks. You’re great at engaging with folks at all levels, always working in a collaborative way with a real commitment to getting it right. With a sharp eye for layout, typography, and art direction, you’ve got the ability to think big and execute with real precision. As a self-starter, you’re always pushing yourself to learn new skills, improve your software know-how, and bring in fresh tech to keep your work cutting edge.

    • Ideate, develop and deliver exceptional brand stories.

    • Develop branding, concepts, key visuals, campaigns and activations.

    • Execute across a range of Through-The-Line channels.

    • Collaborate seamlessly across the entire agency.

    • Understand and work within the parameters of global brand guidelines.

    • Interrogate and answer strategic and creative briefs.

    • Find ways to enhance workflows and output.

    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of culture, industry and brand trends.

    • Present to the wider team and, where necessary, clients.

    • Help us retain our reputation for going above and beyond.

    Key Competencies. What you need to have.

    • 3-6 years agency experience.

    • Commercial experience of brand and campaign work.

    • Great written and verbal communication skills.

    • Fluency with the Adobe Suite.

    • Excellent visual and conceptual skills.

    • The craft for exceptional design.

    • Multi-channel thinking.

    • The passion and enthusiasm to do great work.

    • Good time keeping and organisational skills.

    • A thirst to develop as a creative.
